Hello hello ladies! 

I am SO EXCITED to announce this, and to invite you to a super fun party! This was born out of my desire to have photos for holiday cards - and my smartass sense of humor has taken over, so we are going to do SEXY SANTA photos! 

This will be an event with laughter, a special gift, and I think we'll even do some giveaways. YES, sexy Santa will be there, and there will be another set for more photos, I promise it will be an amazing time!

I have had the question lately: why is there a cost? I think we have all experienced this - someone says they're coming, and they don't show up. So to prevent this, there is a cost of $15, and you will get $5 back when you show up! For all of my beautiful past clients - check your email for a special offer!

This event is NOT about money, it's just a good time with mimosas, photos, and fun!

Coming to this event means that your photo WILL be taken - unless you sit in the corner and don't want to interact whatsoever. But I'm pretty good at pulling people out of the corner! ;)

When you purchase a ticket and enter the event premises, you are entering an event that is specifically set up for photography, and could include audio, and video recording as well. By purchasing a ticket and attending, you consent to interview, photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for various purposes which could include but are not limited to news, webcasts, promotional purposes, marketing, advertising, websites, social media, or any other purpose by Brooke Summer Photography and its affiliates and representatives. You release Brooke Summer Photography, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, images, video and/or sound recordings. 

By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Brooke Summer Photography or the person or entity designated to do so by Brooke Summer Photography.

You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.
